****ONLINE REGISTRATION opens up on MONDAY, AUGUST 13, 2012 ****

Welcome to the Dolphin-Laser Swim Team Electronic Registration platform.

The process is simple for both new and returning members. New members will gain access (returning members retain access) to your own private account that will enable you easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

The following pages will require that you enter your swimmer(s) information, emergency contact information, and medical information.

REGISTRATION FEE:

A $100 annual fee is required for each swimmer upon completion of this registration (August through March)

• $60 of the registration fee is passed to Arkansas Swimming Inc. (ASI) to cover each swimmer's USA swimming membership fee. As a registered USA Swimming team every athlete of the team must be regsitered with USA Swimming. As members of US Swimming, each athlete will receive a membership card, have both liability and secondary medical insurance coverage, and an annual subscription to USA Swimming's bi-monthly publication SPLASH magazine.

• The remaining $40 of the registration fee remains with the team and is used to pay for team administrative costs, your team T-shirt and your team swim cap. 

***A $50 registration fee for swimmers who register between April-July*** This is SEASONAL REGISTRATION FOR THE SUMMER MONTHS ONLY (LONG COURSE SEASON).

IMPORTANT:

The financial information you provide during registration will be used for Team Unify-based charges ONLY (Team & USA Swimming registration fees, meet entry fees, equipment purchases).

Monthly training fees are processed for us by the Little Rock Athletic/ Racquet Club.  If you are new to our team, you will be required to print an attached Registration form for monthly billing processing (through the Little Rock Athletic/ Racquet Club). If you are a returning member to our team and would like to change your monthly training fees billing method, you should also print the attached Registration form.
